- No refund for cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service.

Special Services (Weddings, Events, School Formals, Day Tours):
- 90% refund if canceled at least 7 days prior to the service.
- No refund for cancellations within 7 days of the service.

How long is my quote valid?

All requested quotes are valid for one week from the date they are issued. After this period, prices and availability may be subject to change. We recommend confirming your booking within this timeframe to secure the quoted rate.
